These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stonesalonaz.com, including information about our salon, independent stylists, services, events, education, model programs, applications, vendor opportunities, and other content or services made available through our website.
By accessing or using our website, submitting an application or form, registering for an event, purchasing an event or other offering directly from SToNE, or otherwise interacting with our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our website is provided for informational, communication, booking, application, event, and general business purposes.

Individual stylists operating within SToNE Salon are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of CHECKMYCURLS LLC or SToNE Salon.
Each stylist is independently responsible for their own:
  • Services and techniques
  • Pricing
  • Scheduling and appointments
  • Booking platform
  • Payments
  • Cancellation and no-show policies
  • Refunds
  • Client communications
  • Service results
  • Professional licensing and compliance
  • Client relationships
While SToNE Salon provides a shared environment, community, and salon space, the relationship for a particular hair or beauty service is generally between the client and the individual stylist providing that service.
Because individual stylists operate independently, availability, pricing, booking processes, policies, and service offerings may vary from stylist to stylist.

4. Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be booked through SToNE Salon's website, Mangomint, Square, or other booking platforms used by individual stylists.
When you book an appointment with an individual stylist, you are booking directly with that stylist or their independently operated business.
SToNE Salon does not guarantee the availability of any particular stylist, service, appointment time, price, or booking platform.
Each stylist may establish their own policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, deposits, refunds, and other appointment matters.
Questions regarding a specific appointment should generally be directed to the stylist with whom the appointment was booked.

5. Payments & Refunds
Payments for individual salon services are generally collected directly by the individual stylist or through the booking/payment platform used by that stylist.
SToNE Salon is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, cancellations, or other financial matters arising from services provided by an independent stylist.
SToNE Salon may separately collect payments for certain events, educational opportunities, vendor opportunities, or other offerings operated directly by SToNE.
Any applicable payment, cancellation, refund, or transfer terms for those offerings will be communicated at the time of registration or purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular event or offering, purchases made directly through SToNE are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Events & Education
SToNE Salon may host or promote educational classes, workshops, community events, and other experiences.
Event dates, times, locations, educators, pricing, schedules, activities, and other details are subject to change.
SToNE Salon reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.
If an event is canceled or materially changed, any applicable refund or credit information will be communicated to registered attendees.
Events may be registered or purchased through SToNE or through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Eventbrite, Mangomint, Google Forms, or other registration systems.
Additional terms may apply to individual events.

7. Model Program
SToNE Salon may offer model opportunities as part of our commitment to education, mentorship, and stylist development.
  • Model services may be offered at no cost or at a reduced rate and may be provided by stylists who are developing, practicing, or refining specific techniques under appropriate guidance.
  • By participating as a model, you understand that:
  • Services may take longer than a standard appointment.
  • Results may vary depending on the stylist's experience level and the nature of the service.
  • The service may be performed for educational and developmental purposes.
  • The stylist may document the service through photographs or video when appropriate consent has been provided.
Model appointments are subject to the individual stylist's policies and availability.

8. Stylist, Stone Circle & Vendor Applications
SToNE Salon may offer opportunities for independent stylists, Stone Circle members, educators, vendors, or other professionals to apply to participate in our community.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, rental availability, vendor placement, employment, partnership, or any other relationship with SToNE Salon.
All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of CHECKMYCURLS LLC and SToNE Salon.
We reserve the right to decline an application or opportunity based on availability, fit, space limitations, business needs, or other relevant considerations.
Submission of an application does not create a contractual relationship between the applicant and SToNE Salon.

9. Products, Vendors & External Purchases
SToNE Salon may feature or promote products, small businesses, vendors, or other offerings through our website, social media, salon, or events.
Some products or offerings may be purchased through third-party websites, commissionable links, Google Forms, invoices, or other external purchasing methods.
SToNE Salon is not responsible for third-party products, shipping, fulfillment, returns, warranties, product quality, or customer service unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this section is intended to replace a separate photo, video, or media release when one is required or otherwise appropriate.
